Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers during a break in rehearsals on Stage 28 at Universal Studios. They had set up their entire touring stage so they were rehearsing the band as well as the lights and other stage tech.

28 is the sound stage where the Paris Opera House scenes from the 1925 film 'Phantom of the Opera' starring Lon Chaney were filmed and the set remained intact and standing for 90s years until it was finally torn down in 2014.
